All our units meet ongoing IP68 water and dustproofing standards, ensuring your phone continues to meet its ruggedness requirements.

NOTE: because of their waterproofing, rugged phone screens are more expensive than ordinary phone screens and more complicated and time-consuming to install. The installation fees we charge are likely to be cheaper than those charged by ordinary repair centres who have no experience on these specialised units and will take considerably longer to complete the job at rates of $149 per hour. Most repair centres will not touch a rugged phone because of the complexity.

WARNING: some sellers import ‘glass-only’ glue-on replacement screen parts, which are much cheaper, rather than the factory-sealed screen in a replacement frame. A glass-only repair is unlikely to be water or dustproof
