The mysterious NZ-based millionaire behind the MegaUpload website group, Kim Schmitz, is at the centre of a massive US Justice Department organised crime investigation, and has been arrested in Auckland.
Schmitz was outed as the brains behind MegaUpload in a world exclusive report by Investigate magazine two years ago, that was recently picked up by world news media.
Now it appears the US Justice Department has been reading Investigate as well.
